30 minutes on the process that takes the most time. Within 48 hours, a first analysis with concrete ideas.
Scope.
One process, clear boundaries, written goals. You read and approve them before any code.
Build and test.
The agent works on your data in parallel with your own work. Every action goes through a person.
Measure and decide.
Analysis of the data before and after the activity, comparing the goals with the results. Goals missed? We stop, analyse and redesign together.
Testing, code review and continuous integration on every delivery, no exceptions.

05 · About us
We weren't born yesterday.
3F was founded in Florence in 2002. For more than 20 years we have built software for large companies and system integrators, often from inside their teams: portals, search engines, integrations that have to hold up every day. Our job is making the new work together with what already exists. AI did not transform us: we came to it with 20 years of systems behind us.
Today we also bring this experience to small and medium-sized businesses, with AI agents connected to their systems. The language model is within everyone's reach. The hard part is connecting it to the systems, with a serious process. This is what we do to support companies through their transformation. We design new structures or strengthen existing ones: the choice depends on what you need. AI doesn't replace people: it takes care of the repetitive part and leaves them in control.

Yes, as long as the data can get out: from a database, an export, an API, even a file. You don't change anything. On the call we explain how to connect them and tell you whether and how it can be developed.
Yes. It's the work we come from. If you need a management system, a portal or a custom application, we design it and connect it to what you already have.
Whoever you name. Before we start we write down which data the agent reads, which goes to the language models and which must stay unchanged. You read and approve it before any code.
We stop and work out together how to proceed. First we set the goals, then we assess. During the test the agent works alongside you, and your team never depends on AI.
We don't want to replace them. The agent connects to the systems you already have installed and keeps them unchanged. Working inside systems run by others is what we do. If you like, your IT supplier can join the call too.
