2. Types of data collected
The site collects the following personal data, voluntarily provided by the user through the contact form (for the flow test, see section 3):
- Full name
- Email address
- Company name
- Message content
Navigation data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) is also automatically collected through technical cookies necessary for the site to function.
3. Data collected by the flow test
If you use the flow test (the /assessment page) and ask to receive the result, we collect:
- Full name, email address and company name
- Your role in the company
- The ERP you declare and the software you select
- The manual steps you select, with the estimated frequency and duration ranges
- IP address, browser type (user agent) and the address of the page you submit the test from, including any campaign parameters (UTM)
Purpose: to email you the result of the test and to contact you about the result, if you wish. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given with the checkbox in the form and revocable at any time. IP address and browser type are also used to protect the form from automated submissions (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). The hourly cost you can optionally enter to estimate the cost of time stays in your browser: it is not sent to us or stored by us. Taking the test does not subscribe you to any newsletter. Retention, disclosure to third parties and your rights follow sections 6, 7 and 8.
4. Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact requests and providing information about services
- Sending the result of the flow test and contacting the user about the result, with their consent
- Managing contractual or pre-contractual relationships
- Complying with legal, regulatory or EU obligations
- Improving navigation and user experience on the site
5. Legal basis for processing
Data processing is based on user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)), and legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f)).
6. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed using electronic and/or paper-based tools, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and with appropriate security measures.
Personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in any case no longer than the terms provided by current legislation.
7. Data communication and disclosure
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. It may be communicated to external parties performing functions strictly related to the controller's activities (e.g., technical service providers, hosting providers), appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
8. Data subject rights
Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the user has the right to:
- Access their personal data
- Request rectification or deletion
- Restrict or object to processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)
